Coconut Oil makeup remover

It is a reoccurring habit that I take my makeup off at night using a makeup remover pad, and I go to bed feeling confident I was able to get every piece of makeup off, only to wake up with specks of mascara laying under my eyes. I have seen so many videos using coconut oil to take makeup off and since it's the new year I thought I might as well hop on the bandwagon. And man am I glad I did.
Here is what I learned while using coconut oil as makeup remover:
I LOVE IT! I little goes a long way because it melts in your hand almost immediately from leaving the jar. Rub it all over your face and really make sure it gets every surface that has makeup on it to get the best results. Once my face was covered in oil, it dawned on me from my middle school science class that water and oil do not mix, so to get rid of my melted makeup, I washed my face and patted it dry. My face was left feeling smooth and makeup free.
